If you already have an eMail list of customers or contacts, it’s easy to upload that list into IndivoMail. If you don’t have a list of eMail addresses, we can help you purchase a list that fits your target demographic. Click here if you need help locating a list.
Yes, while uploading your eMail address contacts, IndivoMail will automatically remove duplicate eMail addresses and incorrectly formatted eMail addresses, as well as remove any eMail addresses previously banned and removed from the system then display a report of what actions were taken.
You can send to all of your lists at the same time. When you do send to multiple lists at the same time, IndivoMail is smart enough to send only one eMail to each individual even if they appear on multiple lists. This will ensure that a recipient does not get a flood of eMails from you containing the same message.
No, left over eMail credits will not be rolled over to the next month. Your monthly allotment of eMail credits will expire at the end of each month. This is why we encourage you to select the minimum number of eMails you expect to send in a month. Recognize that the monthly allotment of eMail credits and billing can expand as your list expands from month-to-month.
IndivoMail offers a managed service eMail campaign alternative, where you will simply supply the eMail list, your general campaign message, and necessary approvals for the eMail campaign creative and we will take care of the rest. If you don’t have an eMail list, we can help you with that as well. We can find and purchase a list that meets your campaign requirements.
You are able to see LIVE statistics, within the IndivoMail system. This means, as recipients open and click on links within your eMail campaigns, you will be able to see these statistics update in REAL time.
IndivoMail can do the split testing for you. Setup your eMail campaign(s), choose which list(s) to send to and the IndivoMail system will send both versions of your eMail randomly to a small portion of the list. Then, IndivoMail will automatically choose the better performing eMail campaign based on open or click-thru rates and send it to the rest of your list.
While there is no exact way to determine if a particular eMail server will see a message as SPAM or not, you can check your eMail with the SPAM Checker. While creating your eMail campaign, the SPAM Checker will search for keywords in your eMail that SPAM filters will single out. By changing these commonly used spam words with synonyms, you can reduce the likelihood of SPAM filters singling your eMail out as SPAM.
Sending a multipart eMail campaign will allow your customers’ cell phones and PDAs to be able to view a text or HTML version of the eMail blast depending on the capabilities of the recipient’s cell phone or PDA.
Branding should stay consistent but, changing your offer, message or information should be done on a regular basis to keep your eMail campaign fresh and new.
Typically you will see the same response rate as you might with direct mail. A 2-3% open rate is normal, while anything above 3% is excellent. However, this is going to depend heavily on the quality of your list and the type of information you are sending to the subscribers.
If you send out eMail campaigns from your work or personal eMail address, you run the possibility of getting your domain black listed. If your domain is black listed it can prevent your customers from receiving eMail from your address, even if it is not a bulk eMail.
